How pricing works

Interpret is AI simultaneous translation software for events. Every event is different, so we quote each one: you tell us the format and we send a fixed price in US dollars, usually within one business day. You know the full amount before paying anything.

1. Pick a package

• Captions only. Translated text on each attendee’s phone and on the big screen. For classes, livestreams and accessibility.
• Captions and voice. Captions plus a translated voice in the attendee’s earphones. For talks, worship services and conferences.
• Captions and premium voice. Captions and a more natural, expressive live voice. For the main stage and brand events.

2. What changes the price

• Language-hours. The base of every quote: each hour of session, in each room, for each translated language. The language spoken on stage is free. A 2-hour talk in English, translated into Spanish and Portuguese, is 4 language-hours.
• Audience size. The number of people listening at the same time. Larger audiences move to a higher tier, from up to 100 listeners to more than 50,000.
• AI assistant. Optional questions-and-answers about the session content, priced by message volume.
• Online training. Hours of live training for your team to run the dashboard and the booth.
• On-site operation (optional). Our operators running the software at your venue, with the audio kit they need and travel. Quoted only when you ask for it.
• One-off or monthly. A single event is quoted for its total hours. Recurring events can use a monthly plan with a lower hourly rate, billed each month and cancelable at any time. Training is included, and on-site setup is charged once.

3. Included in every package

• Listening in the browser, with no app, by QR code or link.
• Organizer dashboard, operator booth and big-screen captions.
• Transcripts, summaries, audience questions and reports.
• Support before and during the event.

4. How you pay

The accepted quote is paid by credit card, in full, in US dollars. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Prices exclude taxes: the sales tax, VAT or GST due in your country is added on top at checkout, and a business with a valid VAT ID in the European Union or the United Kingdom is not charged VAT. Customers in Brazil pay in reais by Pix, boleto or card.
